Strength
This training is for anyone. I currently work with stroke survivors, fitness enthusiasts, people just looking to lose a couple of pounds and others just wanting to be stretched out.
Our first step is an initial session where we delve into your goals and assess your current fitness level.
Every workout starts with Movement Preparation (Warm-up) to excite the muscles and address mobility issues.
The meat and potatoes of the workout is the WORK. This is where you will put out the most effort according to the plan that I have developed.
To finish the workout there is a 5-7minute stretch performed by me to add in recovery & flexibility.
