2 Flights seeded from lowest to highest.

How many warm ups?

You will get 15 minutes prior to each flight

How many throws?

Each thrower will get 6 throws (we will mark fouled throws for your convenience. They will not be recorded as a legal throw)

Will my throws count?

The meet is being officiated by John Mac of the NJSIAA/USATF officiating crew and we will be submitting marks to NJ Milesplit.

Live Feed will be on Strengthathletes Instagram page at 5:15pm. The feed will not be through Studlete.

Empowered Sports Network will be doing some filming and interviewing of the evens competition. They will also have a table set up selling drinks and snacks.
