How many Flights?

There are no flight lists yet but as people sign up there will be updates. We understand how important it is to have time to warm up and mentally prepare so we will be in constant contact so that you know when you will throw so you have ample time to get ready!

How many warm ups?

You will get 15 minutes prior to each flight

How many throws?

Each thrower will get 6 throws (we will mark fouled throws for your convenience. They will not be recorded as a legal throw)

Will my throws count?

The meet is being officiated by John Mac of the NJSIAA/USATF officiating crew and we will be submitting marks to NJ Milesplit.

Both flights will have adequate time to warm up, but be there early enough to get through your routine to ensure the best possible outcome!

Remember to dress warm. There will be heating apparatuses provided by Mr. Huisman and access to the garage/weight room.
