Who can throw?
We are keeping this meet to High School boys and girls.
How many Flights?
There are no flight lists yet but as people sign up there will be updates. We understand how important it is to have time to warm up and mentally prepare so we will be in constant contact so that you know when you will throw so you have ample time to get ready!
How many warm ups?
You will get 15 minutes prior to each flight
How many throws?
Each thrower will get 6 throws (we will mark fouled throws for your convenience. They will not be recorded as a legal throw)
Will my throws count?
We hope so! The meet is being officiated by John Mac of the NJSIAA/USATF officiating crew and we will be submitting marks to NJ Milesplit.
I will update this by noon everyday until the final list which will be out Thursday 12 am.

Testimonials
I went to Jon as a new thrower and the training there helped increase my throws by 5 feet in one summer and got my lifts up an incredible amount. While also giving me incredible community of thrower friends.
Jolie
Manalapan High School
Working with Jon Kalnas completely transformed myself as a T&F athlete. Jon introduced me to the spin technique, and slowly developed me from 30' as a freshman to nearly 60' as a junior.
Joe
St Rose High School
Jon has been nothing but an inspiration and a second father to me. He has more experience in the game and out of it than any coach I have come in contact with.
